Practice Evidence Log is a private reflection utility. It does not evaluate job performance or promise work or learning outcomes.

Use of the product

You may use the product to record your own professional learning.

Keep confidential, personal, regulated, and employer-owned information out of your entries and exports.

Do not use the product for employee surveillance or team performance reporting.

You control the content you enter. Records stay in your browser.

We cannot recover records after storage is cleared, a device is lost, or a private session ends.

Use JSON export for backups.

The optional Evidence Pass costs US $12 once. It adds the archive lens and printable transfer review on licensed devices.

Weekly logging, week navigation, safety guidance, and JSON or CSV export remain free.

Sociobot and Dodo are the merchant of record. They handle purchases and refunds through the hosted checkout.

A refunded or revoked license stops paid features.

The app preserves your observations. It does not provide training, certification, employment advice, or performance guarantees.

The product is provided “as is” where the law permits. Local and offline behavior depends on browser support and device storage.

We may improve the software while preserving reasonable export access.

Do not disrupt the service, bypass license checks, use it unlawfully, or store information without permission.
